People have many different personality traits, including bossy, competitive, cooperative, enthusiastic, helpful, innovative, romantic, thoughtful and skeptical.

Bossy:
advantage--like to make the decision; many people like to play follow the leader.
disadvantage-- often don't know when to stop making decision.

Competitive/Cooperative:
advantage--
disadvantage--

Enthusiastic:
advantage--
disadvantage--

Helpful:
advantage--
disadvantage--

Innovative:
advantage--
disadvantage--

Romantic/Thoughtful:
advantage--
disadvantage--

Skeptical:
advantage-- problem solver; having a skeptical friend is a good thing if you are too
enthusiastic.
disadvantage-- tend to ask many questions; tend to be rigid.
